Prague Karting Arena rules

Every driver is required to use a safety helmet during the race.

In case of inability to continue driving for any reasons such as collision, the racer must not get out of go-kart. Racer in this case must wait for the staff that will help him to continue or in case of kart failure show him the safe way into the pit.

The track is equipped with a traffic light, which indicates status on the track. If the green traffic light is lighting, it is possible to start or continue driving. If the red light is lighting then you have to stop, or as directed by the staff to go into the pits. If the traffic light is blinking yellow then the unmetered last lap of the race was already started and will be followed by a stop in the pits. To the pits is always necessary to drive at walking speed.

There is a part of the engine's exhaust, whose temperature can reach several hundred degrees C °. It is a black box on top of the engine. When entering and exiting the kart you have to avoid contact with the engine parts.

Drivers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Karts are equipped with an automatic transmission. Accelerator pedal is on the right and the brake pedal on the left side. It is forbidden to step on both pedals simultaneously. This action leads to an almost immediate destruction kart clutch lining and may be required to pay for them.

In the space behind the seat is the axle and gears. It is therefore essential that you do not use clothing or parts that could hang in the vicinity of the system. It is forbidden to use shawls and scarves wrapped around your neck. It is also necessary in the case of longer hair these angles so that they cannot be capture.

To the bridge must drive in sufficient speed. Otherwise it is not possible to cross the bridge. Before and on the bridge is forbidden to stop.

Please remember that indoor karting is real racing and not an amusement ride. Accidents can happen if you do not follow the rules. We cannot emphasize enough that kart racing is a non-contact sport. We do not tolerate any bumping or blocking of go karts. If you are unable to pass a kart, there is no excuse for contact. We have a strict, zero-tolerance policy regarding drug abuse. Anyone who appears to be under the influence will not be permitted to race.

Each driver is obliged to observe the rules of the track, follow the instructions of the staff, Each driver is aware of the fact that only runs at his own risk and his own responsibility and is aware of the risks taken from the non-compliance.

Kart racing poses special risks to those with neck or back problems and heart conditions. Women who are pregnant and anyone who should not be in a stressful or physically demanding environment should consult their physician before driving.
